MHP Owners Refuse Access to Power Panel

Owners of Hernandez MHP AKA Los Gatos MHP refused access Friday to the main power panel in the park, despite an agreement with residents' attorney to do so. Summer is coming soon and residents are concerned the rigged up system will fail again soon without adequate repairs.
