Description
Driving between Jackson and Van Buren on Ave. 62, the stench is unbearable. The stench is rancid and permeates your car, even if the windows are closed.

Complaint is in the area of the California Bio-mass composting facility. Riverside County Environmental Health is the lead enforcement agency for this facility, and has received scores of odor complaints in the area.
