Horrible Odors of ROTTING GARBAGE, SOUR MILK, HORSE MANURE

ROTTING GARBAGE, SOUR MILK, HORSE MANURE We are reporting the nuisance odors to you as a matter of record and concurring with reports we are hearing from neighbors as well. We are experiencing the composting rotting garbage, manure smells on Monday, Tuesday and now today Wednesday with levels of odors (scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst) averaging from a 5 to a 7 and lasting for hours. The smells are hovering and disgusting and lingering. I think the best way to describe the odors is - go open your closed trash can lid after a few days of you putting trash in it, and stand there and take a huge long breath. That's what we've got here. My pool cleaning company person was here yesterday and he told me that the odors are really bad this week. He said he does most of his pool cleaning between 8am and 12. I drove on Monroe south, turned left on 62nd and drove to Jackson. The odors worsened, confirming my nose receptors. CA BIO MASS
