Water Spillage at Coachella, behind Wells Fargo (at CET)

Description
Around 4:30am, during my trip to Palm Desert, I saw a big water spillage on the facilities behind Wells Fargo. Apparently, one of the sprinkler's head is broken and water is flowing unrestricted. Facility belongs to CET as far as I know, but due to the time, nobody was available to take the call. # on the Door is (760) 398-8889

Spoke to the Administrative/Follow up clerk at CET, and after confirming with her that they take care of the facility and the irrigation system, showed her the affected sprinkler head. Issue was addressed as soon as reported. Verified today that the sprinkler head was replaced.

A second sprinkler was detected as faulty (tipped by a txt msg again). It was replaced, and all of them were tested and inspected. No leaks had been found for the past week.
