Rotting garbage, fish, food and liquid waste mixed with wet dirt in this humid misting heat we have right now. DATE: July 30, 2012 at 5:40pm LOCATION: CA BIO MASS 62nd and Jackson, Thermal, CA We have called the AQMD at 1(800) CUT SMOG We did NOT move here last year from LA to now have to live with these daily nuisance odors. If you smell it, please call and report it. Thank you!
