Smells of Dead Fish

Description
Smell of dead fish, is ruining everybody's last fifteen days. The local government and State government need to do something about it. Sometimes the smell is horrible. I wonder if this smell can be bad for health over time to the people exposed to this on a daily basis.

The smell is from a large fish kill at the Salton Sea. The Sea is a long term problem CA has been struggling to solve for many years now. The lowering of the water level due to Imperial Valley water transfers to San Diego will potentially mean that the problem could get worse before it improves.
