Illegal Tire Dump Site
Location: Avenue 72 cross street would be 86 Expressway
Description
I came across an illegal tire dump site on Avenue 72, cross street would be the 86 Expressway. Just Turn right (East) on Avenue 72 from the 86 Expressway and it's just 150 feet. It is not visible from the 86 Expressway. I foresee a fire this summer due to all the tires mounted on top of each other which can cause many illnesses and asthma attacks to neighboring individuals as well as children. Forwarded this report to Riverside County's IMPACT team on 5/28/13. This morning (5/29/13) they responded by saying they in turn forwarded the report to County Code Enforcement. They said Code has money designated specifically to clean up tire dumps such as this one.

Riverside County Waste Management Department reported that they removed 785 tires from this site and as of today, all the tires are gone.
