Unregulated/Unauthorized Auto Shop over 5th Street

Description
For the past five or six weeks, activity resembling a mechanic/automotive shop had been seen in a private home over 5th street. Groups of people, cars going in and out, and even circulation obstruction while cars are moved in or out of the residence are not rare. Activity is mostly done in late evening, at night or during the weekend. No visible number is seen on the house from the outside, but one person commented it may be 91155. it is the third house on the left if you are driving over 5th street, going from Cahuilla to Lincoln. Concerns about products like used oil and lubricants not being properly disposed exist, as in the recent past, abandoned buckets and containers with used oil had been seen in the area around mecca. may or may not be related, but this "shop" is most likely not under Env. health monitoring. Other Mecca residents comment this activity had been going on for quite a long time by now. E. Lecarde

This address was visited by regulatory authorities twice, once in late June and again in early July. They found no evidence to indicate the presence of a repair shop. If future repair work is observed, photos or video of activities would be helpful.
