Residents located on 1st Street are complaining that there homes are affected by dust and silica sand from Desert Redi Mix 50-305 Hwy 111 Coachella, CA 92236. The company states their sweeper is not working so they cannot keep the dust down. The trucks park in residential areas and block the view of oncoming traffic. Residents states they are having breathing problems related to the PM from the cement processing plant.
