   To request a pickup of illegally dumped waste on a county road, call Riverside County's Waste Management Department's Illegal Dumping Cleanup program at 1-800-870-6600. They also have a referral form that can be emailed:

   I will see if I can find out whether they recieved a report for this location. Please leave a comment if you have an update on the current conditions at this intersection.

   Was not able to get in touch with IMPACT at this time. I will inspect current intersection conditions next week and try to get in touch with Riverside County's illegal dumping team for information.

   The newly uploaded pictures were taken by me on 06/03/2015 around 11:45 am, at the NW corner of Lincoln St & 68th Ave, and both E and W sides of Lincoln Street where highlighted on map. There is dumping further outside the highlighted area.

   I met with Riverside County Department of Waste Resources representatives (formerly Riv. Cnty WMD) to discuss this report. Their team plans to address the clean up of this area, updates to follow.
