Water Shut Off/
Location: St. Anthonys Trailer PARK
Description
April 24 our water was shut off at 8:00 a.m & restored at 3:00 pm without notice April 28 it was shut off and restored at 5:00pm.We are being faced with water shortages throughout the day. Property owner stated it is the county workers fault However the County has responded both times. This is causing tremendous stress in the community as we are faced to live in these conditions without water. Last week a representative from a government agency discovered water filtration to be clogged . Can someone take a look at this. This poses a health threat to children and residents since it is unsanitary the filtration system appears to be backed up with waste. I dont have any photos to provide at the moment. I reached out to park management on this issue - please see comment on April 30 report regarding water shut-offs.
Water quality complaints: park management confirmed they recieced a notification from Assemblymember Garcia's office about a water quality complaint. Management responded by inspecting the water system and said it is compliant, but the refuse tank has algea growing in it, which is not harmful and does not produce odors. The refuse water tank is pumped by a licensed company regularly. I will report back after we visit St. Anthony's next week and confirm conditions of the drinking water system.
