   I got in touch with park management (Pueblo Unido) to ask about the conditions causing the water shut-offs reported in this and two other reports. According to park management, the unanounced water shut-offs occured due to the paving construction activities and were not preventable: due to the improper construction of the exisiting water lines, they often get dammaged in the construction process. A lack of shut-off valves throughout the system results in a need to shut off water throughout the entire park in order to repair the damage immediately. Management is working on a phone notification system to inform residents of any future damage to the water lines and water shut-offs immediately. The notification system should be in place within a week, I will confirm next week.
