Heavy blowing dust due to high winds

High winds caused extremely high density of blowing dust through Los Gatos Mobilehome Park (also known as Hernandez MHP). Residents were forced to close windows and doors and those who were outside were forced to cover faces or move to shelter to avoid dust inhalation or eye problems.
