Description
In 1989 tons of human waste was being brought to this site. In 1994 a court order ended the illegal dumping but it was already the largest heap of human waste in the state. It got to measure 50 ft high. In 2006 by Government orders the site had been partially cleaned but it was never completed. It's March 2011 and we still have remaining mounds. There are 3 schools, a close distance away, serving kindergarten through 12th grade students and hundreds of residents in the various nearby mobile home parks. They are all affected by the foul smells and dust blowing on windy days.
